Cancellation Policy
Clay: Students enrolled in one-time session/workshop and 6-week sessions are supplied with clay. The clay sold here is tested and approved for use with our glazes and kiln. The sale price includes full access to our glazes and the bisque and final glaze firings. Open Studio Time: 6-week sessions include studio access for the duration of your course. Students may use the Open Studio 10am – 6pm daily when there are no sessions. Closed Major Holidays. These times are subject to change and may vary by season. Firing Risks: Ceramic kiln firings can be risky and the results unpredictable. While we take every precaution while loading and firing, Made 2 Fire is not responsible for damage to student work or undesirable results. Students may be charged a grinding fee if kiln shelves are damaged by their glaze work. Studio Caution: Please take care when moving and working around other student and member work. If you have any questions or doubts about procedures, please do not hesitate to ask. Personal Risk: Made 2 Fire Studio is not financially liable for any injury sustained on the premises. See participant liability release below. For cancellation requests, please email info@made2fire.com. Refunds requested more than two weeks before the first class are refundable (minus a $20 processing fee). Refunds requested within two weeks of the first class are 50% refundable (minus a $20 processing fee). No refunds will be issued within three days of the first class. Classes are not transferable once the session has started.
